In our lifetime we will spend 1/3 of our life at work.  In other words, we will spend 90,000 hours working at a job, unless you are like my parents who were able to retire (29 years ago) at age 55. There are a few things that the everyday mechanic hates; customers working on their own car, arguing prices, touching their stuff, and walking in at 4:59pm. But it's all part of the gig.
